Full shares, half shares, and flex packages can all be customized with additional items from our inventory.

You can pay ahead (cash or check only) for the entire year and receive 5% off (contact Eva at 518-859-9800 for details) , or choose to pay monthly with cash, check, or online with your credit card.

Pickups are the first Thursday and Saturday of the month at St. Croix Farm. Thursday pickups are from 5-7 p.m. and Saturday pickups are from 12-2 p.m.
What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. CSAs work as subscription services for farmers and their customers. Think of it as never having to remember what meat you need to pick up at the supermarket again! Every month (or every other month for half share customers) CSA members pick up their packages at the farm—it's a great opportunity to "know your farmer, know your food!" The CSA also helps us know how to manage our inventory by having people sign up in advance. We can't just make more healthy, grass-fed meats, we have to grow them, and that takes time!
